Joe Krown
Joe Krown has developed into a New Orleans piano legend since arriving in 1996. A New Orleans styled piano and Hammond B-3 player, he brings the sounds of New Orleans to life with his solo piano and trio performances throughout the city. His solo shows are more than just music—they’re a journey, blending the vibrant rhythms of New Orleans with captivating stories from his travels and the unforgettable musicians who shaped the sound.
In addition to his New Orleans shows, he tours around the country and the world as the organ/piano player for the award-winning, chart-topping Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band. He also held the keyboard chair with Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown & Gate’s Express from 1992 until Gatemouth’s passing in 2005.
