John "Papa" Gros
Great show from John Gros at the Kingpin’s 25th anniversary party. Gros is a New Orleans native and a New Orleans legend. And he's most definitely a New Orleans ambassador. First line of his official bio: “Sharing New Orleans with the world is my calling.” He's awesome in any format but this Kingpin show was a lot of fun, basically a feel-good block party. Very happy we attended.
