Sweet Crude
Sweet Crude is one of the more unique and interesting bands that you’ll ever come across. They’re an indie pop rock band, but a prominent feature of their songs is the use of Louisiana French in their lyrics. Louisiana French is a variation of the traditional French language, but it’s different as it evolved over the years from the French speakers living in the Acadiana area of Louisiana. Not all of their songs are in French, they also have English language songs.
The band is made up of Alexis Marceaux, Sam Craft, Jack Craft, Skyler Stroup, Stephen MacDonald, and Dave Shirley.
